THE PROCESS BEGINS WITH A SERIES OF 1ON1 QUESTIONS, WHERE YOU WILL PROVIDE PERSONAL INFORMATION AND EXPRESS YOUR FITNESS GOALS AND OBJECTIVES. ONCE ALL THE INFORMATION IS GATHERED, I WILL ASSESS YOUR FITNESS LEVEL AND DESIGN A PROGRAM TAILORED JUST FOR YOU THAT WILL INVOLVE VARIOUS FITNESS STRATEGIES. THE INFORMATION BELOW WILL HELP YOU UNDERSTAND SOME OF THESE STRATEGIES
ASSESSMENT
A series of tests and evaluations will be performed. Ex: blood pressure, vital capacity, body measurements, body fat composition, strength and flexibility. All of the information gathered is kept confidential.
THE RESULTS
Once all the evaluations and measurements have been aquired, a tailored exercise program is designed and nutritional guidance provided to meet the client’s fitness goals and objectives.
DESIGN PROGRAM
A tailored program is designed specifically for each individual. There are two types of programs offered. 1ON1 personal training and the other is an in-home program which is followed by an individual without supervision.
DEMONSTRATE
A demonstration is performed for each program designed. This is to ensure correct form, technique, proper breathing and the prescribed number of repititions are adequate and safe to perform.
