1ON1 FITNESS ASSESSMENT
My fitness assessments will take approximately 45-60 min. I custom design each program to ensure that you are able to perform each exercise with proper form. Single sessions are 60 min and start from $40 and may vary in price. Additional time is available by request and will be charged accordingly.
1ON1 CIRCUIT TRAINING
As a form of body conditioning Circuit Training or Resistance Training uses high-intensity aerobics and targets strength building as well as muscular endurance. An exercise “circuit” is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. Once one circuit is complete you begin the first exercise again for the next circuit.
1ON1 INTERVAL TRAINING
Interval training involves short periods of exercise followed by rest. Any cardiovascular workout (ie cycling, running, rowing, etc.) can be adapted to Interval Training. The main objective is to improve speed and cardiovascular fitness. By giving it your all for 20 min, research has shown that your body burns calories up to 60% faster then by longer traditional training methods.
1ON1 STRENGTH TRAINING
Strength training is the process of exercising with progressively heavier resistance for the purpose of strengthening the musculoskeletal system. It is also referred to as weight training, body sculpting, body building, and resistance training. When properly performed, strength training can provide significant functional benefits and improvement in overall health and well-being, including increased bone muscle, tendon and ligament strength.
1ON1 WEIGHT LOSS
Weight loss is the result of a change in diet or life-style. To lose 1 pound a week a person must consume 500 fewer calories daily and/or expend 500 more calories daily through physical activity.
I will provide you with nutritional guidelines that will allow you to incorporate nutritional foods to nourish your body and support your fitness program. I have had great success helping my clients lose weight and stay motivated.
1ON1 KIDS STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
This 10 week class will introduce strength training principles and activities to young athletes who are ready to enter a structured program. Athletes will be instructed on basic speed, power, agility, strength, and endurance exercises, with strong emphasis on developing optimal posture, dynamic range of motion, running techniques and overall movement.
